Bruno Bourassa – Vice President / Director of Operations
Bruno ensures the quality of all embroidery punch files that pass through his hands and makes sure the embroidery, transfer, and screen-printing departments operate at peak efficiency. His expertise guarantees high quality standards at every stage of production.
Administration
Annie Lapointe – Production Coordinator / Purchasing
At the heart of operations, Annie manages orders with suppliers and ensures daily follow-ups. She also oversees production, making sure schedules and deadlines are met, which enhances overall operational efficiency.
Lauriane Fréchette – Web Platform Manager
Lauriane manages our online stores and coordinates communications with promotional product suppliers. She also oversees outsourced transfer orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
Michael Valcenat – Programmer
Responsible for the company’s internal programming, Michael ensures that our website and CRM operate seamlessly on a daily basis. He performs updates and oversees the maintenance of our customized online store websites, contributing to the stability of our IT services.

Anthony operates heat transfer and embroidery machines as needed. He ensures smooth production flow while maintaining quality standards.
Samuel Cyr – Machine Operator
Samuel operates heat transfer machines and ensures transfers are matched to the correct orders, respecting required dimensions and specifications.
Julie Gougeon – Shipping Clerk
Julie is responsible for cleaning, packaging, and performing final inspections of garments before shipping. She also manages parcel shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality in delivered orders.
Gaetan Ladouceur – Delivery Driver
Gaetan handles deliveries to clients and suppliers, as well as the transport of merchandise and samples, contributing to the reliability of our service.
